Marianne Cusumano, 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 11, 2013. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday, July14, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 15, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 309 Benton Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Marianne was born December 1, 1928, in Kansas City, MO to Joseph and Rose (Falcone) Caruso. She was a member of Assumption / St. Anthony Parish where she was active with the Altar & Rosary Society and the annual St. Joseph Table. She was also a member of the Daughters of Isabella and Don Bosco Senior Center. Marianne was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Joseph J. Caruso and Angelo Caruso.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Anthony "Nene" Cusumano; sons and daughter-in-law, Frank A. Cusumano, Joseph C. and Vicki Cusumano; granddaughters, Mollie Marie Smith and husband Scott, Joette Lee Baker and husband Corey; brother-in-law, Phil Cusumano; and many nieces and nephews.
