Marie C. Jackson, 88, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospice House. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 17, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. Graveside Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 18, at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to St. Luke's Hospice House, 3516 Summit, Kansas City, MO 64111.

Marie was born October 22, 1927, in Kansas City, MO. She was a longtime member of Oakley United Methodist Church, and volunteered at the Kansas City Museum and Union Station.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Jackson; and her sons, Tommy M. Jackson and Phillip D. Jackson. She is survived by her daughters-in-law, Peggy J. Jackson and Debbie Jackson; her grandchildren, Andrew D. Jackson, Adam C. Jackson, Alexander P. Jackson, David E. Jackson, Amy S. (Jackson) Mathieson, Melissa M. Jackson; and 15 great-grandchildren.
