Marie L. Brancato, age 75, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025.

Born in Tunis, Tunisia, North Africa, on July 22, 1949, Marie was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Antonietta Ventura. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 50 years, Philip Brancato.

A 1968 graduate of Northeast High School, Marie worked for many years as a hairdresser at Adler's Department Store before dedicating herself to her family as a loving homemaker. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church.

Marie is survived by her daughters, Grace (Michael) Cangelosi and Christina (Mario) Urruela; and her cherished grandchildren, Laurena and Isabella Cangelosi, and Mila and Mario Urruela. She is also survived by her nephew Vito (Mary) Brancato and their children, Isaiah and Faith Brancato.

Marie will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring Nonna. She found great joy in cooking for her family and spending time watching movies with her grandchildren. Her warmth, kindness, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services will be held on Friday, June 6, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will take place at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
