Mike was born on February 13, 1978, in Kansas City, Missouri to George and Mary Armendariz. He was preceded in death by his mother; maternal grandfather Juan Enriquez; paternal grandparents David and Margaret Armendariz; cousin John Enriquez; and brother-in-law Brian Lynch. He has one surviving brother Gene Weeks (Adrienne); three sisters Maria Lynch (Brian), Renee Hoagland and Yolanda Armendariz (Carlos Valencia). Mike leaves behind his children Michael (Amanda), Monica (Tyler Weeks), Joseph, Mariano and Giuliana; grandson Zayd Weeks; and nieces and nephews Samantha, Alicia (Juan), Carlos, Darion (Shiane), Kaden, Antonina (Carlos), Santiago and Mari. He was a ladies man but only had three loves of his life - Lori, Jo Marie and Sarah.
Mike loved his sports starting at a very young age playing biddy ball and t-ball. He spent many summers playing at Mulkey Park and 3&2 stadiums. As his children began playing sports, Mike often assisted with coaching and gave them many lessons one-on-one. Mike was a fun-loving father, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He liked making people laugh by cracking jokes, heck he was often the class clown. He not only liked cooking but more so raiding everyone else's food and fridge. He had a bigger than life personality that will be missed by all.
Mike's family would like to send their most sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone that offered support through this difficult time.
