Obituary

Nancy (LaBella) Lipari passed on to eternal life unexpectedly on August 28, 2025.

She was born on September 26, 1936, to the late Joseph and Congetta (Troppito) LaBella, and attended Holy Rosary elementary school and St. Teresa's Academy. In 1956 she began dating and married Louis Lipari Jr. who was her one and only love for 61 years. After raising their children in the northland, Nancy returned to her beloved Holy Rosary Parish where she served terms in leadership positions on the Parish and Financial Councils and the Altar Society.

Nancy enjoyed cooking for her family events, traveling with family and friends, organizing and planning parties and reunions, and socializing in various clubs. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren and supported them in their activities.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Louis ; brother Joseph LaBella III; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Leonard and Peggy Lipari, Ross and Josephine Lipari; and nephews Leonard, Louis John, and George Lipari.

She is survived by her son Louis Lipari III (Lori); daughter Marie Relic (David); grandchildren Nicholas Relic, Elena Relic-Lytle (Brent), David Relic, Louis J. Lipari (Melinda), and Ann Lipari; sister-in-law Judy LaBella; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law John and Gloria Lipari.

Services will be held on Friday, September 5, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Holy Rosary Altar Society.
