Noretta Kay Wisong's Obituary
Noretta Kay Wisong, 67, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Liberty Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 12 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, at The Masquerade Event Hall, 3027 Walnut St., Kansas City, MO 64108 (816) 960-6655. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the KC Pet Project (

).
Noretta Kay was born April 12, 1949, in Atchison, KS. She loved life, spending time with family, and lived for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Ramona Larabee; brothers, Kevin and Allen Larabee; and sister, Peggy Ramsey.
Survivors include her husband, Peter Wisong; her children, Rhonda Hicks, Sherry Jones, Anji Anderson (Keith), Nicole Zarrillo; her grandchildren, Kastan and Kye Anderson, Taylor and Ava Jones; brothers and sisters, Larry Larabee (Peggy), Ina Castro, Russell Larabee (Shari), Cindy Jones (Jack), Mary Brennan (Joe), and James Wisong; and several nieces and nephews.
