Patricia Ann Costanza, 76, transitioned on July 17, 2015, surrounded by her family. Sharing smiles and tears, they remembered a lifetime of love as they told Nonie how much she was adored. She squeezed their hands in return as her beautiful soul moved on to forever happiness. Patricia is dancing on the clouds, amidst the stars with angel wings and her beautiful smile. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Adele Pigg; and former spouse, John Anthony Costanza. She is survived by her children, Santina and Rob Baker; grandchildren, Alexa Costanza, John Mreen, Aly and Kenzie Baker; and great-grandchildren, Mason and Milania Mreen.

A Celebration of Life will be held 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be sent to the funeral home. Condolences may be offered at www.passantinobros.com.
