Patty A. Topi-DeBlase passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016, peacefully in her sleep at the age of 68. The Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. followed by visitation from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 20, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. The Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5106 St. John Ave., Kansas City, MO 64123. Burial will follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery.

Patty grew up in the Northeast area of Kansas City. She was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society at Holy Cross Catholic Church. She also worked in the medical insurance business more than 40 years.

Patty was preceded in death by her father, John A. Topi. She is survived by her loving husband, Joe DeBlase. She is also survived by her mother, Kathryn Topi; her sister, Becky Wilson; a niece and nephew; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Victoria DeBlase, William and Carol DeBlase, Christina and Sal Cali; and an extended loving family of Topi's and DeBlase's.
