Peter Michael DiGeorge, 77, of Belton, MO, passed away February 14, 2021. Visitation will be 10 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 12, at St. Sabina Catholic Church, Belton, MO. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, MO. Masks and social distancing are required for all services.

Pete was born July 23, 1943, in Kansas City, MO, to the late Joseph S. and Frances M. (Chimento) DiGeorge. He was a deputy for the Jackson County, MO Sheriff's Office and later worked in security at Baptist Medical Center. He was a 3 ^rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Along with his parents, Pete was preceded in death by his sister Connie Medlock, niece Sandra Cline, nephews Dale and Michael Medlock, aunt Josephine Sparks, and grandmother Frances Chimento Cariddi. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Marcia N. DiGeorge, daughter Nanette DiGeorge, son Steven DiGeorge, brother Joe DiGeorge (Dayle), brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Dee Medlock, Mark and Sheila Deterding, and many nieces and nephews.
