Phyllis (Mangiaracina) Lozano, 67, Kansas City, MO, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011 following a long illness. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception 416 W. 12th St., Kansas City, MO 64105. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. Cremation will follow the Mass.

Phyllis was born April 4, 1944 in Kansas City, MO to Frank and Mary (Marchese) Mangiaracina who preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Salvador J. Lozano; daughters Diana Tuso Kauffman, Denise Tuso Hurla, Desiree Tuso Guertin; step-children Mark Lozano, John Lozano, Cynthia Gonzales, Richard Lozano; sisters Daisy Mangiaracina Cavallaro, Nancy Mangiaracina Wisdom, Toni Mangiaracina Faulkner; brother Carl Joseph Mangiaracina; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
