Ralph Michael
Lanfranca, Jr.
Dec 27, 1961 — Aug 2, 2020
Ralph M. Lanfranca, Jr., 58, of Independence, MO, was called home by our Lord Jesus on August 2, 2020, while at home, suddenly and unexpectedly. Due to the pandemic, memorial services were private. Ralph was cremated and laid to rest with his father.
Ralph was born December 27, 1961, in Kansas City, MO, to Ralph and Virginia (Maucelli) Lanfranca, and grew up in Northeast, attending Holy Cross Catholic School/Church and Northeast High School. In his teen years, he worked at Uncle Charlie's Market on St. John and later was a car salesman. Ralph loved jobs that allowed much socialization because, as everyone who knew him knows, it's what he did best!
Ralph loved fishing throughout his life and loved to grill and cook. He would often display his cooking creations on Facebook to impress his many friends. His passion was watching his Kansas City Chiefs and, of course, the Royals.
His family will miss his jolly nature and storytelling on holidays and family celebrations.
Ralph was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Sr.; his fiancée, Toni (Begulia) Donnigan; his cousin and best friend, Nick Lanfranca; his good friend of many years, Jack Wolfinbarger; and his grandparents, Marion and Frances Lanfranca.
Ralph is survived by his only child, Aaron Joseph Vigliaturo; his mother, Virginia Lanfranca; brothers, Marion Lanfranca and Vincent Lanfranca (Gina); sisters, Frances Alfaro (Steven) and Edi Mathews; and many nieces and nephews.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
