Ramona Kay Persell, 60, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2021.

Ramona was born February 16, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated Park Hill High School in 1979, the same year she met and married her loving husband Mike Persell. Married for almost 43 years, they became inseparable.

Ramona loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.  She was a frequent visitor of Walt Disney World where she was able to relax and unwind.  Her travels also took her overseas to Thailand where she visited family and enjoyed the countryside.  St. Louis was another frequent trip as she would love to go and visit the St. Louis Persell's.

Ramona was known for her big heart and her willingness to always help whenever needed.  She loved her family deeply and was very proud of all of them.  While her loss was unexpected, we will continue to remember and honor her for years to come.

She is preceded in death by her brother Kenny Daniels; and her daughter Mary Jo Persell. Survivors include her husband Mike Persell; sons Michael (Lindsay) and Luke (Megan) Persell; and grandchildren Ava, Luciana, and Dominic Persell.
