Rita (Vidoni) Brown, 78, Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully on Monday evening, February 4, 2013. Visitation will be 11-12 p.m. Friday, February 8, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where a Funeral Service will begin at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Rita was born July 6, 1934, and retired from Sunshine Biscuit Co after 40 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian DeLuca; father, Thomas Vidoni; son, Willie Wright Brown; and sister, Toni Rando. Survivors include her three half-sisters, Donna Eiben-Nelson of California, Nan Gibson of Illinois, Loretta Boothe of Overland Park, KS; granddaughter, Ruth Azami; great-granddaughters, Emily and Holly; a new great-great-grandson, Holden; numerous nieces and nephews; and her #1 survivor, her beloved dog Max.
