Robert L. "Len" Horton, Jr.'s Obituary
Robert L. "Len" Horton, Jr., 69, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 4, 2016, after a battle with cancer.
Len was employed by Cummins Diesel in Kansas City for 42 years, and volunteered at the Lake City Shooting Range after his retirement in 2012. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Len is survived by his wife, Marie Aleana (Arnone) Horton; his mother, Teresa N. Horton; brother, James J. Horton (Claudia); sister, Kathryn S. Horton; his children, Robert L "Lenny" Horton III (Annette), Sheri McBrayer (Randy), Jim McAfee (Susan), Theresa Carlson (Jason), 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 3736 S. Lee's Summit Rd., Independence, MO 64055 on Sunday, February 7, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. Visitation also on Monday, February 8, at St. Mark's Church at 10:00 a.m. with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
