Roger Newton Logan, 62 of Holt, MO, passed away December 25, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. A visitation will be held at Shoal Creek Community Church located at 6816 N. Church Rd., Pleasant Valley, MO 64068 on December 30, 2016, at 6:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 7:00pm. An informal burial will be on Saturday, December 31st at 10:00am at Higginsville City Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Logan Memorial Fund by mail at P.O. Box 1304 Kearney, MO 64060 or at the services.

Mr. Roger Logan was born December 16, 1954 in Kansas City, MO.   Roger was a loving father and a hardworking man who lit up the room when he entered.  He knew no stranger, would give you the shirt off his back, and a nickname was quick to follow.  Roger was a wild cowboy that couldn't be tamed. He was preceded in death by his father Harvey N. Logan, sister Linda L. Karr, son Rodney J. Logan, and niece Dawn L. Webb.  Survivors include his mother Betty L. Houtchens, sisters Loretta L. Campbell and Nancy K. Logan, and daughters Amber M. Stafford, Ricki L. Moran, and Holly M. Wendel.
