Rosalie Mingrone, 99, passed away December 12, 2018. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. on Monday, December 17, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 911 E. Missouri Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested in Rosalie's names to Great Lakes Hospice.

Rosalie was born August 1, 1919, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Phillip and Sarafina (Modica) DiMaggio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Mingrone, in 1981; her brothers, Tony, Jack, Ross, Sam, Fred, Freddie, and Santo DiMaggio; and her sisters, Mary Ann Martino and Theresa Martino.

Survivors include her children, Giovanna Mingrone, Joe Mingrone (Cheryl), Rosalie Travis, and Grace Travis (Doyle); her grandchildren, Joe Mingrone (Catherine), Rozanne Mingrone, Angie Mingrone (Selena DeLao), Andrea Reynolds (Joel), JoMarie Guastello (Paul Joseph), Rosalie Klein (Nolan), Frank Travis, Jodianne Hileman (Bob), Annamarie Travis, Jon Michael Travis (Carol), Kendra Kern (Scott), and Kevin Travis; great-grandchildren, Mason, Leo, Joe Mike, Gracie Rose, Lilianna, Brooklyn, Dominic Jon, and Gianna; sister-in-law, Glenda DiMaggio; and many nieces and nephews.
