Rose was always a caregiver. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, always putting others before herself. She was known for her 'famous pizza' on Christmas Eve, her pink biscotti, and Sunday basta. If you knew her you were family. Her door was always open for a meal, advice, or a shoulder to cry on.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rose DePlasita; her husband, Nick Bruscato; her infant son; daughter-in-law, Clair Bruscato; grandson, Nick Najar; brother, Jim DePlasita (Mary); sisters, Anna Favoroso (Joe), Virginia Fontana (Russell); and brothers-in-law, Charles Bruscato (Joyce) and Andy Calia.
Rose is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Joe Najar; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Donna Bruscato; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
