Rose Marie Salpietro, 97, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021.  Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. with the Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 15, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Rose Marie was born March 29, 1923 in Kansas City, MO.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, taking care of her grandchildren, and was a devout member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish.

Rose Marie was preceded in death by her husband Salvatore Salpietro; her parents Frank and Sylvia Angelo; her siblings Anthony Angelo, Sebastian Angelo, Cena Accurso; and son-in-law Mike Simone.

Survivors include her daughter Patricia Simone; her grandchildren Mike Simone, Michelle Howard (Kevin), Roseann Mitchell (Ben);  great-grandchildren Michael Simone, Makayla Simone, their mother Misty Simone; and many nieces and nephews.
