Roy Earl Miller was born December 9th, 1962, to Marvin and Shirlene Miller. He went to be with the Lord on July 19th, 2017, at age 54.

Roy lived with his sister Roseanna, and was a longtime resident of Northeast Kansas City, MO. He also attended Northeast High School. He enjoyed scrapping and giving his family and friends alike a hard time. He always had a joke or a story to tell. He enjoyed spending his spare time tinkering with small engines and electronics, and spending time with this dog, Scruffy "Poopy Doo". Roy also did tattooing. He liked going fishing, and loved talking and spending time with his beloved mother Shirlene and sister Roxy at the casino.

Roy was a son, father, brother, uncle and friend to many. He will be truly missed and is loved by everyone he knew.

Roy was preceded in death by his father Marvin, brother Ronald, nephew Joshua, and great-niece Marcella. His survivors include his mother Shirlene; son Roy Jr.; two brothers Rocket and wife Ellen Miller, Robert and wife Lola Miller; three sisters Roxy Miller, Roberta and husband Robert Collins, Roseanna Kissie; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation & Service 6-8 p.m. Monday at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Cremation following. Donations suggested to the Funeral Home.
