Rudy M. Aquino, 80, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017, surrounded by his family. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 10, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 9 a.m. Saturday, March 11, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 309 Benton Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124. Burial will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to St. Anthony's Parish.

Rudy was born April 27, 1936, in Kansas City, KS, to Juan and Maria (Moreno) Aquino. He was an avid Chiefs and Royals fan. He loved God and his family.

Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children, Rudy Jr., Michael, Marlina, Jessica, and Phillip Aquino; the mother of his children, Linda Aquino; step-children, Lori and David McDonald; and 15 grandchildren.
