Sarah M. Capra, 88, passed away Friday, August 14, 2015. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 919 NE 96th St., Kansas City, MO 64155, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Sarah was born September 11, 1926, in Kansas City, MO, to Dominic and Congetta (Musso) Saragusa. She was active with St. Joseph Tables, especially at Assumption/St. Anthony Parish, and was a regular at the Harrah's poker table. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Salvatore Capra; son, Dominic Capra; sisters, Vita LaBella, Josephine LoPorto, Frances Hawver, Rose Messina; and brother, Michael Saragusa.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Salvatore and Louise Capra, Mark and Claire Capra, Deborah Capra; grandchildren, Sara Michelle Capra and Dan Bradford, Lisa and Jason Franklin, Sam and Lisa Capra, Jennifer Capra, Sara Jo and Brett Nieman, Salvatore and Kaleigh Capra, Meghan and Miguel Gonzalez, Sara Alyss Capra; eight great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Carl Capra; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
