Sheim Hughes was a lifelong resident of Gladstone, MO. He graduated from Oak Park High School in 1986 and earned his associates degree in criminal justice from Maple Woods Community College. He worked at Kansas City Trapshooters Association in Smithville, MO for twenty years.

Sheim was preceded in death by his mother, Annette Hughes.

Survivors include his father, John Hughes; sisters, Stacy Hughes, Heather Pace and husband John; and his beloved niece and nephews, Anna Marie, John Anthony and Nicholas Pace.

Memorial Service will be 6 pm Thursday, August 6 at The Rock of Ages Church, Leavenworth, KS.
