Stanley Junior Hammer, born July 6, 1941 in Hartford City, Indiana, passed away January 7, 2023 at his home in Kansas City, Missouri.

Stanley retired from Ford Motor Co. after 45 years and had many side businesses. He was a hard worker who instilled his beliefs and work ethic in his children by example and word. He loved and cherished his family, friends, and his Savior Jesus Christ.

Stanley was preceded in death by his parents Guy Carlton Hammer and Zelma Janes; and sister Dottie Avers. He is survived by his children Michael, Jonathan, Timothy, Daniel, and Elisabeth Hammer, Angela Hammer, Lori Lusson, Paula Roy and her husband Mike, Steven Hammer and his wife; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his brother Bobby Hammer; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, at Eagle Heights Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
