Stephen M. "Hawk" Clark, 66, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on September 3, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife Penney; his grandson Wyatt Earl; and his parents Mary and Earl Clark, Jr.

Steve was a man who appreciated the classics - NASCAR on Sundays, John Wayne movies, and visiting Camp Clark in Osceola with his family and friends. He never missed a chance to tell a story or tell a joke.

He is survived by his three daughters Melissa, Becky, and Haley (Jonathan); seven grandchildren Omar, Julian, Hayden, Caleb, Libby, Emma, and Autumn; three great-grandchildren Penelope, Ezra, and Alayah; eight brothers and sisters Mike Clark (Robin), Janet Martinez, Diane Crugar, Jerry Clark (Rosemary), Gary Clark, Mary Ann Pyle (Alan), Amy Downey (Shane), Sarah Koontz (Philip); and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery in Kansas City, MO.

Let's raise a glass to our favorite Space Cowboy and send him off in a Hot Rod Lincoln.
