Steve Vincent Genova, 62, passed away on September 24th, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

Steve was born April 14th, 1960, in Kansas City, Missouri, to John T. Genova and Carrie A. (Maggio) Genova. He was retired from working at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and was a dedicated stay-at-home father of his two daughters. He was preceded in death by his father John T. Genova .

Steve is survived by his mother Carrie A. Genova; his brother John A. Genova; his sister Cheryl A. Dass (Kevin); his daughters Angelina M. Genova and Elena R. Genova; his nephews Austin Dass, Kyle Dass, and Dillon Dass; and his beloved dog Snickers.

Visitation will be held at St. James Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 28th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 29th, at St. James Catholic Church, followed by the burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
