On Sunday, May 14, 2017, the world grew dim as the sun lost a ray of light.  The man I was lucky to have called my husband, my best friend…The man who made me laugh…The man who lit up a room, with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye…departed this life.

My husband, Stephen (Stevie) Michael Palermo was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Palermo and niece, Amy LaFleche; he is survived by his mother, Angela (Gentile) Palermo; sister and husband, Linda (Palermo) LaFleche and Kenny; brother and wife, John and Patrice Palermo; sister, Anne Palermo; brother and wife, Jim and Maureen Palermo; brother and wife, Michael and Martha Palermo; nieces and nephews Kris (LaFleche) DelloStritto and Pete, Jennifer Palermo, Jonna Palermo, Michael James Palermo, Jay Palermo, Micaela Palermo, Ethan Palermo; great niece and nephew, Michael DelloStritto and Mia DelloStritto;  mother-in-law and father-in-law, Diane and Bert Aaron; brother-in-law, Steve Aaron; rescue boxer dogs, Kadence and Bogie, who adored Stevie and gave him great joy.
