Terry G. Pippin, 64, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 7207 NW Highway 9, Kansas City, MO 64152, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Terry was born January 31, 1950, in Salina, KS. He was a dedicated U.S. Government employee for 43 years, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He enjoyed camping and fishing with his best friend, Jimmy, and was an avid fan of KU basketball and the Royals, Chiefs and NASCAR. Terry loved his family more than life itself and, in turn, enjoyed the love of his mother-in-law and father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. His son's friends brought joy to his life.

Terry was preceded in death by his father, Stuart Pippin. He is survived by his wife, Susan (Spallo) Pippin; his children, Felicia and Rick McLeod, Terry Pippin Jr.; grandchildren, Morgan and Gavin McLeod; father-in-law and mother-in-law, August and Clarine Spallo; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Mary Spallo, Vincent Spallo; nieces and nephews.
