Obituary

Theresa Rose (Andrews) Ferrante, 71, passed away November 1 st , 2021.  Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. with the Rosary at 7 p.m. on Friday November 5 th at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow per her wishes.

Theresa was born May 7 th , 1950, in McAllen, Texas, to Louis and Virginia (Pernice) Andrews.  She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.  She was employed and retired at TWA and had many special friendships with her co-workers during her time with TWA.

Theresa is survived by her husband Tom; her children Vince and Laura Ferrante, Tommy Ferrante, and Michael Ferrante; her granddaughter, who was her most special joy, Isabella Ferrante;  brother and sister-in-law Phillip and Cheryl Andrews; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Sandra Palma and recently deceased and beloved Frank Palma, Vince Ferrante and Debbie, and Mickey Muschietty.

Theresa grew up in Kansas City with her two loving brothers beloved Louie Andrews and Phillip Andrews.  Theresa had many loving cousins, nieces and nephews and loving Aunt Rosetta Pernice.  One special cousin we would like to thank is Phyllis Belgiere who was more of a sister to Theresa than a cousin. They always looked out for each other, and Phyllis Belgiere was at Theresa's side till the very end. We are very thankful for all her love and support.

Theresa met the love of her life Tom Ferrante in Kansas City, and this December 11 th would have been the celebration of their 50 th Anniversary.  Theresa enjoyed gardening, spending time at her lake house, and helping her family out. Some of Theresa's favorite times of the year was Thanksgiving and Christmas, because she would have all the kids around making cookies and decorating the Christmas tree and house. Theresa always wanted the best for her loved ones and in many ways, she was the sheriff of the family who kept everyone in line.  Theresa loved her boys and never stopped loving them, from their first breaths to her last breath, she always wanted the best for them and that they were happy and safe. Theresa also loved shopping and her biggest partner in crime was her daughter Laura with whom she would spend countless hours shopping with on weekends.  One of her biggest enjoyments was her granddaughter Isabella with whom she shared a special bond with and loved with all her heart.
