Theresa "TAG" Fowler, age 67, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away December 9, 2023, at her home.

Theresa was born on July 21, 1956, in St Louis, MO.  She was single and was employed as a bartender for many years at various establishments.  She was preceded in death by both her father and mother as well as three sisters.  Survivors include her sole brother, James Charles Wheeler of Osage Beach, MO; as well as two nephews Eric Jourdan and Ricky McCully; three nieces Melody, Summer, and Shanna McCully; a multitude of friends; and her feline companion Emma Jean, who will dearly miss her.

TAG was one of a kind and lit up any room she entered with an exuberance that was guaranteed to make you smile.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, January 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rhinestone Cowgirls bar, 11703 E. 23rd Street S, Independence, MO 64050. The family asks that you join them to say farewells and express condolences.
