With profound sadness and loving hearts, we announce the passing of Thi Hong Tran, a beloved daughter, sister, and cherished presence in the lives of all who knew her. While we mourn the years and experiences that were taken from her too soon, we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to share with her.

Thi will be deeply missed by her devoted mother, Yen Pham, and her beloved sister, Thanh Pham-Alters, along with extended family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

For those who loved Thi, her memory will live on in the stories we tell, the moments we hold close, and the love that continues even after goodbye.

Visitation will be Friday, September 4, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 5, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church. Cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the family.
