Thomas Wenston
Adams
May 30, 1945 — Mar 1, 2024
Thomas Wenston Adams was born May 30, 1945, in Seattle, King County, Washington to Lela Grace Clymore and Roy Wenston Adams, and passed away March 1, 2024, at his home in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Tom was proud of his Southern Baptist upbringing and believed that with Baptism he was saved. He loved his Country and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force but was reassigned to the U.S. Army where he served four years active duty and two years active reserves. He loved his family and was especially close to the Clymore's. He enjoyed his own company, cowboy boots, country music and trucks. He loved biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning, fried chicken, his mother's baked bean sandwiches and pig-pickin' cake on his birthday.
On July 12, 1985, he married Carolina F. Carrollo Fisher along with her four children.
He is survived by his wife Carolina; W. Bryan Fisher; Pamela C. and Shawn Flick and their son Charlie; Lisa M. Fisher and her daughter Jordan; Patrick S. Fisher and his son Eric; his sister Kristen and her husband Ron Blackwelder, their children Kerri and her husband Allen Smith and Andrea and her husband Lukas Stanley; cousins Joe Clymore, his wife June, their children Jeff and Jennifer and their families; and David Clymore, his wife Debbie, their children Dave Ritchie and Daniel Lee and their families.
Tom will be laid to rest at the Bowers Chapel Cemetery in Urbana, Missouri, on May 26, 2024.
He made me laugh, he made me cry, he broke my heart but I remain hopelessly devoted to him.
