Tina Licari passed away January 10, 2026, at the age of 68.

Tina was born on January 20, 1957, to the late Marie (Smiroldo) Licari and Vincent Licari. She resided in Michigan, Illinois and Pennsylvania in childhood, but spent the majority of her life in the Kansas City area. She enjoyed spending time with her Smiroldo aunts, uncles, and cousins here, taking walks, cooking, shopping, looking at family photos, attending the "My Day" program at Life Unlimited and her day to day with Creative Supports of KC. Creative Supports was a large part of her life in recent years, and her family is very grateful for the support their team provided Tina every day.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Frank. She is survived by her niece Francesca Licari of Arlington, Virginia, as well as her beloved cousins in the Licari and Smiroldo families.

Services will be held on Monday, January 19th. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Mausoleum.
