Tina May Penn passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 57.

Tina was born to the late Ronald and Neva Willard on December 31, 1968, in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from East High School. She spent her life in the Kansas City and Independence area where she was a housewife, mother, and NahNah for most of her life. Tina loved her family and friends dearly and enjoyed spending any time she could with them. She also enjoyed spending time at the lake with her husband Bill. Tina loved a good road trip with great music she could sing along with.

Tina and William "Bill" Penn were married on December 22, 2012. They spent many years (32) together before they were married.

Along with her parents, Tina was preceded in death by her brother Lonny Willard, and her beloved fur baby Maggie. She leaves behind her husband Bill Penn; siblings Jimmy Willard, Teresa Willard, and Gene Penn (Cindy); her children Bruce Willard, Anthony "Tony" Cline, Samantha Cline, Laurie Roberds (Jeremy), and William "Andy" Penn; and her grandchildren Zane, Trinidy, Kelcie, Haiden, Dehvyn, Samiyah, Jasiyah, Rhyleigh, Brittany, Leigha, Katilynn, Kieley, Taylor, and Alana. She also leaves nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson, as well as many nieces, nephews, family, friends, and cousins by the dozens.

Services will be held Saturday, July 18, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home located at 2117 Independence Blvd, Kanas City, Missouri 64124. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the American Stroke Foundation .
