Thomas Joseph Circo, 71, Kansas City, MO, passed away May 9, 2018. Memorial Visitation will be 4-6:45 p.m. Friday, May 11, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1357 NE 42 ^nd Terr., Kansas City, MO 64116, followed by a Prayer Service at 7 p.m.

Tommy Joe was born October 27, 1946 in Kansas City, MO. He was a graduate of De La Salle High School and served in the United States Army. He was a member of the IBEW Local Union #124. Tommy Joe and Phyllis (Arnone) have been married for 34 years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching The Kansas City Royals and Chiefs.

Tommy Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Florence (Cipiti) Circo. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Circo; sons Joseph (Denise), Tommy (Michelle), Nick, and Michael Circo; granddaughter Isabella; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Linda and Victor Monaco; mother-in-law Marcia Gregory; aunt, Mary Vincent; nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
