Tracy Edmond Brown, 58, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at Advent Health Shawnee Mission with his wife Paula and sons Paul and Trey by his side.

Tracy was born in Joplin, Missouri to Eunice and Larry Brown.  The family moved to Merriam, Kansas in 1964.  He was devoted to his family and considered his boys his  greatest life achievement.  He worked in the produce business for the last 25 years and for the past nine years as a Quality Control Manager at Liberty Fruit.  He was a devoted and loyal employee who considered the team as his "boys".

Tracy loved coaching and cheering for his sons at all their sporting events.  In recent years he spent time with the boys on a trip to Colorado with Trey, and this past June a trip of a lifetime with our son Paul, daughter-in-law Gabbi, and precious grandson PJ.  Tracy loved going to concerts with his dear friend Joe Pluff (Brother).

Tracy was preceded in death by his parents Larry and Eunice Brown, and his brother Kelly Brown.  Tracy is survived by his wife Paula (DiGiovanni) Brown; his son Paul and his wife Gabbi and grandson PJ; son Trey; and beloved nephew Winston Brown and his wife Tina and great-nephew Elliot.

The family would like to express their deepest thanks to family, friends and co-workers for their love and support through Tracy's Illness.

Services will be held on Friday, January 27, at Maple Hill Funeral Home, 3300 Shawnee Drive, Kansas City, Kansas 66106. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. with a service following at 2:00 p.m.
