Vicki Ann
Rotolo
Dec 4, 1959 — Jun 6, 2020
On the morning of Saturday June 6th, 2020, God sent his angels to bring Vicki Ann Rotolo, "Tolo", into His loving arms and reunite her with her beloved parents, Notzie and Vita Rotolo.
Vicki was born on December 4th, 1959. She was born with developmental disabilities and lived at Life Unlimited (formerly Immaculata Manor) since June 1983. She was non-verbal but had her own system of communication. Vicki stood all of 4 ft 8 in, had an impish grin and a laugh that was unmistakable. Despite her limitations, she made lasting impressions on most everyone she met. She was ornery, had to have her jewelry and headbands, coffee, and cokes. She was very stylish and loved picking out what she wanted to wear. Vicki loved kisses and showered them freely. Vicki loved taking big bites and not chewing well. Sharing a dessert with her was an impossibility.
We would like to thank her staff, who she dearly loved and were her second family. They took excellent care of her and helped her achieve her independence and a wonderful quality of life.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Notzie and Vita Rotolo. She is survived by her siblings Jenice Hodges (Larry), John Rotolo (Debbi); nieces and nephew, Jodi Hodges Wiles (Tim), Lori Hodges Broker (Ted), Johnny Rotolo, Rebecca McLeland (Chris); great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Wiles, Nicole Naylor (Aaron), Mikayla Medlock, Mick Medlock (Desirae), Luke Wiles, Jordan Acker (Aaron), Trey Broker, Savannah McLeland and Millie McLeland; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Your family and friends will miss you Tolo, you taught us to look at people with disabilities like people who just need a little more help than us. Our lives were made better because of you.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 guidelines, services are private. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Life Unlimited , 2135 Manor Way, Liberty, MO 64068, to honor Vicki and the wonderful work they do.
