Victoria P. (Hernandez) Luttrell, 76, passed away April 26, 2021. Visitation will be 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 1, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, KCMO. Graveside services will follow at Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery, KCMO.

Vickie was born January 16, 1945 in Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her mother Ann Hernandez, father Jess Hernandez, and brother Jim Hernandez. Survivors include her sons Mike Persell (Ramona), Joe Persell (Wendy), Mark Persell (Natasha); daughter Michelle Cox; grandchildren Michael, Luke, Victor, and Matthew; great-grandkids Ava, Luciana, and Dominic; sister MaryAnn Rangel; and brother Sal Hernandez.
