Vincent James DiLorenzo, 50, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017. Visitation will be 9 a.m. with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 7231 Mission Rd., Prairie Village, KS 66208. Vince was born on August 14th, 1967, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Joseph and Jean DiLorenzo, and lived in Overland Park, KS.  He was a graduate of Rockhurst High School in Kansas City, MO, and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.  Vince spent the majority of his working career as an underwriter at Assurant Employee Benefits and Kansas City Life.  He was a kind and gentle person who had a quick wit and dry sense of humor.  Vince loved dogs and rarely was without his Boxer, Gio, by his side when at home. He enjoyed sports, especially the Chiefs, Royals and the Jayhawks, music and spending time with his family.  He cherished his baseball trip to the Twin Cities with his son Joey and his frequent lunches with his daughter Jackie. He also enjoyed Sunday pasta with his parents and family.

Vince will be sadly missed by his wife, the former Mikey Baglier whom he married August 11, 2001; his children, Jackie and Joseph of Overland Park; and his parents, Joe and Jean DiLorenzo of Prairie Village. He also leaves his sisters, Dianne Reed (Bryan) of Overland Park, Stephanie DiLorenzo of Prairie Village; and his uncle, Bob Christian of Kansas City, MO.
