Vincent Joseph Tortorice, 80, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Saturday, September 22, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 911 E. Missouri Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106, where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Saint Mary's Cemetery.

Vince was born May 5, 1932, in Kansas City, MO to Joseph and Jennie (Saluto) Tortorice. He was a U.S. Army veteran and worked for Wolfe Brothers and Saks Fifth Avenue before he retired.

Vince was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, John, Steve, and Jack Tortorice; sisters, Mary "Babe" Tortorice and Lena Biondo; and nephew, Sam Benvenuto. He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Mary Ann and Jim "Andy" Andrews, Jennie Benvenuto, Anna Marie and Nick DeFeo, Jackie Jo Mann; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
