Virginia (Ciarlelli) Patti, 92, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, December 4, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 5, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 7207 NW Hwy 9, Kansas City, MO 64152. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City North. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Harvesters Community Food Network.

Virginia was born July 25, 1922, in Kansas City, MO, to John and Mary (Fusco) Ciarlelli. She was the last of 10 Ciarlelli brothers and sisters. Virginia was a wonderful homemaker and known for her Italian cookies. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Patti; her daughter, Jackie Licata; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Cynthia Armato and husband Rick Diodati, Toni Pence and husband Jeff, and Sal Patti; her grandchildren, Toni Michele and Tony Mike Calcara, Philip Licata, Paul Licata, Carla Armato and Julie Feickert, Jackie and Jason Hansen, Sara Pence, Tony and Meghan Patti; six great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Sally Randazzo, Carm Smith; special niece, Linda Sandridge, who was always there for Virginia; and many other nieces and nephews.
