Vivian G. Miller, 82, Kansas City, MO, passed away October 18, 2016, at the Ashton Court Care and Rehab Facility in Liberty, MO. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday, October 22, in the Revelations Mausoleum at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119, followed by graveside services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Vivian was born March 1, 1934 in Sparrow, OK, and grew up in Chowchilla, CA. She married Donald Miller on June 9, 1951, and moved to Kansas City, MO, in 1953. Vivian loved camping and had a lifelong passion for John Wayne movies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don, of 52 years; parents Charles and Eva Barger; brother James; and sister Margie. She is survived by sons Stephen (Rosalie) Miller, Charlie Miller; daughters Wilhelmina (Frank) Bowser, Donna Blakeley, all of the Kansas City area, and Shelley Roberts, Turlock, CA; grandchildren Jaime and Jennifer Blakeley, Dusty, Stacy and Levi Miller, Zach and Cory Bowser, Derek Miller and Rene Hiebert, Ashley, Kassi and Anthony Fernandes as well as many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
