William (Bill) F. Gilbert of Kansas City, MO peacefully passed away on June 1, 2012.
Bill was born on July 28, 1930 in Jackson County, MO. Bill was predeceased by Helen, his loving wife of almost 58 years.
He is survived by his brother Charles Gilbert and seven children: Vada Devine, Linda Ingels, Deborah Dill, Jeffrey Gilbert, Barbara Gilbert, John Gilbert, and Virginia Gilbert, their spouses, as well as fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation and funeral services will be at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 9020 E. 51st Terr, Kansas City, MO on the morning of Wednesday, June 6th. Rosary will begin at 9:00 AM, Visitation at 9:30 AM and Mass at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to either St. Bernadette Catholic Church or a memorial donation to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org/donate/.
