William N. Palmerton's Obituary
William N. Palmerton, 77, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 12, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Burial will be later at Resurrection Cemetery.
Bill was born in Newport, Arkansas, on September 22, 1938. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard, and spent many years overseas as an airplane mechanic. He worked over 20 years at the FAA before he retired in 2002, and was a RC airplane enthusiast.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Erma Palmerton; and his son, James Ed Palmerton. He is survived by his daughter, Annie Palmentere (Chuck); his grandchildren, Nick, Anthony, Mimi, and Chuckie; sister, Brenda Scire (Tony); niece, Tammy Lopez (Roman); and great-niece, Michelle.
