Rosa L. Accurso of Kansas City, MO, passed away suddenly on September 20, 2018. Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, September 28 ^th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Abundant Life Church, 414 SW Persels Rd., Lee's Summit, MO 64081. Contributions are suggested to Centerpoint Medical Center.

Rosa was born on August 27, 1943, in Parkville, MO. She grew up in Platte City, MO, where she would meet Frank G. Accurso. They had just celebrated their 50 ^th wedding anniversary. She is survived by her husband Frank, and her children Tami McCormick, Michael Accurso and Mary Davis. She is also survived by her brothers Kenneth and Ed Lewis, sister Sue Underwood, as well as her brothers-in-law Walter Accurso and Don Underwood, and sister-in-law Catherine Cannova. She loved spending time with her family and friends and her grandchildren Joshue, Jacob, Joseph, and Sara McCormick, along with Nicolas and Marlena Davis. She also celebrated her first great-grandchild Kennedy Badertscher born in 2017.

Rosa spent her last year's volunteering her time at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO. She loved spending time helping people.

Rosa your love and compassion will be missed but not forgotten.
