Rosalie (Lalumia) Oxley, 87, passed away November 14, 2021. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 19, at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Rosalie was born December 6, 1933, in Kansas City, Missouri. Her parents Andrew and Augustine Lalumia had 13 children with Rosalie the eighth. She had a very close bond with her family and even bowled in several leagues with her sisters. On July 6, 1968, she married Benjamin Oxley. They were married for 50 years until Benjamin's  death on April 6, 2019. There was one child born to this union, Benny Oxley. Rosalie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking her family recipes, including her holiday cookies. Christmas was Rosalie's favorite time of year, and she enjoyed the holiday music the most.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Oxley ; her parents Andrew and Augustine Lalumia; her eight sisters: Loretta, Joanne, Betty, Helen, Mary, Fran, Phyllis and Lucille; and her three brothers: Jimmy, Joe, and Sal. She is survived by her son and his wife Benny and Shannon Oxley; her three stepchildren Debbie Sherer, Shirley Irvin, and Jeff Oxley; her grandchildren Steven Oxley and Brenna Oxley; and her brother and his wife Anthony and Sandy Lalumia.

Pallbearers: Jacob Sherer, George Sherer, Chris Buckner, and Steven Oxley.
